President Hugo Chavez calls quickly to tenant law (Video)

The President of the Republic, Hugo Chavez, called for urgent legislation to give tenants the law, so as to ensure ownership of all who inhabit for many years leased properties whose owners did not meet the conditions of the house or apartment.

EPSA handles a building housing for vulnerable groups

Renters and Tenants share of the Bolivarian government support

Rents for this Easter will be 12% cheaper

If last year the average price of rental accommodation in Spain (from 1 to 5 April) was 24.8 euros per person per day, this year the Easter holidays will be a 12.10% cheaper.

So says a study by Muchosol, portal for renting apartments and holiday homes online. Renting a property in Easter in Spain (from 21 to 25 April) cost an average of 21.8 euros per person per day.
